Amazing! Yet, I was still stuck.

While the numbers showed me that I had to add videos to my marketing mix, I was confused. Which camera should I buy? How much should I spend? Once I shoot the video, how do I get it on my computer? Which version should I save it in? How do I add music? How much more would I have to spend for extra hosting?

I felt like pulling my hair out!

But then, I remembered something I learned long ago that would solve all my problems.

He Could Barely Speak English, But He Knew Which Buttons to Push

Before starting my own business in 2006, I worked as a project manager for an eLearning company. I managed the technical resources who designed award winning online courses and developed the software to run the courses.

One of my favorite programmers who worked for me was from India. He could barely speak English, but he had a wonderful smile. One day, I peeked over his shoulder because I was curious how our company produced these award winning online courses.

I was totally amazed as I watched my favorite programmer put slides, music, sounds and images together using a program called Camtasia. It took him a couple of days to create the course, but when it was done, it was a masterpiece.
